This post is dedicated to all the women around me.

I have recently observed that women are not taught to celebrate themselves or give enough credit for doing enough. It's like most women have assumed the responsibility to take care of everything and fit themselves in the shoes of a multitasker. This has led them to overdo things beyond their capacity and control and then sip in the guilt of not being able to do so.

Have you ever come across a man like that?

For me, I haven't. A man may not deviate from his line of work to accommodate the daily needs of other members. No wonder, I sometimes find my friends and family say it's easier for a "Man".

My point here is that in today's time, we are working towards freedom, equality, empowerment, justice, social inclusion, non-discrimination etc, then why can't we simplify this little thing for ourselves?

For most of my days, I practice less self-doubt and more self-love, even if you have got 10 mins to yourself and are able to utilize it in a way that makes you happy, trust me, you will undoubtedly put a pin on it at the end of the day.

Here are some tips I follow:

    1. Practice more affirmative thoughts: Instead of doubting, say let's prioritize and get things done. I started doing this this year, it did make a difference. I have learned to let go of grudges and catch on to the good moments of the day. Have a mantra every day, don't worry even if it gets repeated, and hold onto that thought in times of stress to find the channel of solving the issue.

    2. Manifestation: another critical component is to believe in manifestation, it's like sending out a message to the universe. in other words, trying to believe whatever message you are thinking and processing, and having a hope that it would get fulfilled. you may not follow this religiously, but when you start believing in good, you see good coming your way too.

    3. Vent out the negative: there are moments in a day when one feels overwhelmed and over-exhausted or overstimulated to have responses to situations that may be bitter and unpleasing to the receiver. if you have that feeling about a person or a situation, try venting out in a non-judgemental environment. What's better than penning it down and after a few hours ripping it off and throwing it away? I used to practice this when I was a kid, and it helped me regulate my negative thought.

    4. Self-Love: Self-love is often mistaken for self-care. Some believe that if we take care of ourselves we are practicing self-love. But for me, or if you have to research, these are two different things. Self-love is accepting every ounce of yourself and pampering yourself in a way others would love you. So if you have been feeling confused, or things around you are chaotic, yet you have chosen something unattainable, then show some compassion towards yourself, and finish the task without self-doubts. The first step will be believing in yourself and then shifting focus to your work.

    5. Practice Mindfulness: Being mindful is being fully aware of your surroundings and your abilities. Understand your strength, and feed your focus from time to time. I do understand that no one is perfect and I am also not suggesting attaining perfection. Being mindful of your actions will not only keep you organized but also it will help you focus and complete the simplest thing within time bounds. Working towards your strength will help you achieve your potential and keeping yourself open to work on your weaknesses will give you the scope for improvement in every other sphere of your life.

If you follow even a few of the tips, it will definitely eliminate the component of self-doubt.

so let's take the first step towards self-love and work on ourselves.

Remember you are the most beautiful being, so don't just exist, THRIVE.
